There is entertainment for everyone, with an exciting selection of upcoming musicals, concerts and theatre shows there is always something happening at Crown. As a Casual Front of House Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service to patrons attending events in the Theatre by assisting with the selling of food and beverage to customers before shows and during the busy intervals. You will also be responsible for ensuring Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) procedures are followed, stock controls are upkept and general tidying of the bar areas.

Essential Criteria:

  • Customer service experience
  • Previous cash handling experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude
  • High standard of presentation
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekday afternoons (matinee sessions), nights, weekends & public holidays
  • Similar role in a theatre of entertainment environment (preferable)

Given the casual nature of this role, hours will depend on both your availability and the amount of shows coming through the Theatre.
