With one role based in Crown’s Sydney office and the second role based in Melbourne’s Office, and reporting to the Vice President Sales & Marketing, the Sales and Marketing Executive’s will provide a vital contribution to the overall performance of the NSW Table Games Sales team.
Your responsibility is to develop and implement initiatives to achieve profitability and growth within Table Games VIP Operations. You will be responsible for customer management and business development and will develop innovative strategies to accommodate target markets and encourage long term loyalty and business growth and well as ensuring Responsible Gaming.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated sales experience from a Casino/Gaming background would be desirable
- Experience in a high-end service based background with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
- Exemplary communication skills with proven problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication and excellent telephone manner
- Cantonese or Mandarin speaking is highly desirable
- A strategic thinker who is able to develop and implement initiatives which accommodate culturally diverse clientele
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee License Category A
- A commercial and strategic approach with success in strategy planning and execution
- You must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work on site at Crown
