Crown Perth - Waitperson

Your mission: To create memorable experiences for customers by providing a high level of personalised service.

At Crown Perth memorable experiences are created when we work together. In this role you will deliver exceptional customer service to guests through providing outstanding menu knowledge and a quality food and beverage service. You will effectively communicate and build rapport with customers and team members to ensure service standards are maintained.

We currently have various Waitperson Roles Available within the following Crown Perth Venues:

• Junction Grill
• 88 Noodle Bar
• Modo Mio
• Crown Perth Room Service
• Atrium
• Nobu
• Bistro Guillaume
• Merrywell
• Market & Co
  

Essential Criteria:

• Ability (or Willing to Learn) to 3 Plate Carry and Tray Service of Drinks
• Good Availability including Nights, Weekends and Public Holidays
• Knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages including Beer, Wine and Spirits
• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Eager to Learn
• Good Time Management and Reliable
