An exciting opportunity exists for self-motivated individuals with a passion for customer service, to take on the role of Part Time Cage Cashier.

The Cage Cashier is accountable for providing financial services and delivering exceptional customer experiences in line with Crown’s outstanding service values. Cage Cashiers work a 24/7 rotating roster, with this position being a high band, Part Time 3 role. (80 – 144 hours per four week roster).

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
• Complying with legislative and Crown’s requirements, policies and procedures
• Accountability for the efficiency and accuracy of transactions
• Assisting Managers across the business with operational requests
• Ability to work in a high pace environment

Key Selection Criteria:

• Ability to attend an assessment centre on: 18th August 2022 (Please note: to be considered for this position you must be able to attend on this day)
• Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service position
• 24/7 availability, and able to work shifts 8 hours in length
• Excellent numerical skills
• Sound cash handling experience
• Intermediate computer skills
• Demonstrated experience within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• You must be over 18 years
• Able to obtain and maintain a VCGLR Casino Licence
• You must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (including booster shots if eligible) or have a genuine medical exception to be eligible to work onsite at Crown.
