We are currently looking for Full time Front Office Attendants to work in our newest property, Crown Sydney. To be successful for this role you will have availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster and a passion for delivering exceptional, personalised customer service to each and every one of our valued guests & residents. You will have a strong attention to detail as you contribute to the smooth operation of the Front Desk.

Key Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in a Front Desk role, ideally in a premium environment, or experience in a similar customer service position
- Proven experience providing exceptional customer service
- The ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment, whilst maintaining strong attention to detail
- Previous experience with Opera or a similar property management system is highly desirable
- Availability to commit to a 24/7 rotating roster of days, nights and weekends
- You must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work on site at Crown
