Your Opportunity

CPB have been engaged as part of a JV to undertake a Design & Construction Project as part of the Olive Downs Complex, located outside of Moranbah. This Greenfields scope includes design, procurement, fabrication, civil, SMPE&I, Commissioning and testing. You will be joining a high performing site based team on this exciting multi-discipline project, working on a roster arrangement. You will be responsible for:

Safety

  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to the safety and health framework, policies and management
    system requirements and expectations;
  • Develop and maintain an awareness of SHE hazards and associated risks and demonstrate a commitment
    to eliminate or minimise those risks;
  • Understand and effectively undertake SHE accountability

Leadership

  • Be an active member of the Senior Management Team, providing leadership to the wider project functions

Governance

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant Company and Joint
    Venture policies and processes

To be considered you will have:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Manager on a major construction projects in a client facing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Advanced understanding of construction policy, procedure & methodologies
