Planner
Your Opportunity
CPB are looking for a Planner to ensure effective and timely coordination and implementation of the planning and programming functions required for the project, to assist in achieving the agreed project objectives. Ensure constant up-to-date reporting of the project program status
Key duties
- Ensuring contractual (project) obligations are identified and understood
- Actively contributing to identification of and response to project risks and opportunities
- Ensuring project controls and reporting requirements are understood and followed
- Carry out the tasks/duties of the functional role of Planner as required by the project’s policies and procedures, or as amended in this Responsibility Statement or project specific responsibilities matrix
- Developing design and construction programs that reflect agreed methodologies and identify key activities, milestones and constraints
- Developing and delivering against project goals and objectives
- Maintaining clear and concise communication with Project Team
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
- Demonstrated 2 to 4 years project delivery experience in infrastructure or building as a Graduate Engineer, Site Engineer or Project Engineer roles or similar role (e.g. Tradesperson, supervisor)
- In addition to 2+ years’ experience in Tender and delivery planning
- Good communicator within project team
- Experienced in planning Civil, Rail or Building projects
- Proven competency with current industry standard planning software including Primavera P6 (or other leading Enterprise CPM software), OPRA, Asta Powerproject, Microsoft Project, Synchro, Navisworks, SketchUp, TILOS, Chainlink
- Performance Measurement & Reporting - Dashboards & KPM's.
