About your team:
The Traineeship & RTO team sits alongside other Learning & Development focused functions within the Group and is responsible for the provision of nationally recognised qualifications, which meet the needs of CBA employees.
What does success look like?
In this role you will support in the administration of RTO processes and systems, which support the development of key capabilities across the CBA group.
You will:
- Be responsible for the traineeship administration of our student management system supporting our Enterprise RTO
- Assess competence of participants against requirements of relevant training package
- Build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with internal and external suppliers and stakeholders.
- Act as the central SME for traineeship administration and enquiries.
- Development and maintenance of Standard Operating Processes and for the RTO aligned to traineeships.
- Issue and management of RTO certificates aligned to traineeships.
- Audit all current traineeship records to eligibility and state requirements
What will help you succeed?
- FNS30115 Certificate III in Financial Services is required
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is required
- Experience with record management within Wise.net and/or Peoplelink (desirable)
- Experience with stakeholder management as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solving and decision making abilities
