We understand it can be challenging to step back into a technology role after time away, so this program gives you the support, flexibility, and upskilling, where needed, to make this transition seamless, achievable, and enjoyable.

Relauncher is a 6-month program, starting in March 2023, where you will:

• Enjoy flexible hours (min. 3 days per week)
• Feel inspired and supported with mentorship, on-the-job training and coaching tailored to your specific role and experience
• Be a part of a close-knit cohort and get the support of a Buddy on a day-to-day basis

Through this program, Coles would like to increase the level of female representation in leadership roles in our Technology and eCommerce teams, and over time, achieve substantive equality for women in these leadership roles at Coles.

Put your skills to good use

A Change Manager is responsible for designing and implementing change strategies for assigned initiatives and deliver change activities safely and effectively for people side of change – culture, roles, processes, and technology.

This person will deliver end to end change maximising user system adoption and usage whist minimising resistance for key technology transformation and priority programs.

About you

We’re looking for passionate mid to senior-tier professionals who have over 5 years of relevant experience and/or qualifications in technology, digital transformation and Information Technology systems – all of which will enable you to provide increased diversity of thought and value to the Coles team.

Coles will upskill you across all relevant technology, software and practise developments, so you have the confidence and opportunities to take an exciting next step in your career.
