Based anywhere in Australia, a new opportunity as Data Analyst has arisen within our Store Experience and Loyalty team.
With the largest and best national data set at your disposal, you can really go to town on personalising the experience and value we give to our customers. And with loyalty programmes playing a key role as a differentiator in the market (with a brand-new strategy in place, huge investment, and endorsement from our leadership team), there is no better time to join!
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to our National Analytics Manager, you will be empowered to analyse data on customer shopping behaviours to better understand how Coles can improve performance.
You’ll also
- Measure and communicate the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, initiatives, and communications programs
- Develop, maintain, and integrate segmentation and core customer metrics
What you bring
3+ years as an analyst/data scientist with proven experience in planning to post campaign analysis. Ideally you have worked with customer data spanning loyalty, sales, transactional data and come from an ecommerce or retail background – other sectors will be considered.
You’ll also need
- Experience navigating retail customer data sets
- Great influencing and storytelling skills
- Strong attention to detail and time planning skills
- Experience using extraction, exploration, analysis, & visualisation tools
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Oracle SQL, Snowflake
