About the team
Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team cares for, supports, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our customers every day.
Our Rostering Execution are tasked with successfully owning workforce planning tools to support the delivery of our roster reset and other even programs. To assist with the delivery of a number of key projects that team are looking for an experienced Rostering Execution and Events Administrator to join the team
About the role
You will support the rostering execution team in the management of the workforce planning tools, stakeholder engagement and documentation upkeep. You will also:
- Support with the delivery of Roster Reset and other event programs including facilitation of engagement sessions and workshops
- Support the upkeep of fit for purpose tools and systems, streamlining scheduling processes, and supporting excellent execution of the EA
- Construct and deliver stakeholder communications in the form of both above store and store facing communications
- Build power point presentations and purpose built reports for stakeholder engagement and insights
- Support the Operations Rem and Rostering Subject Matter Experts, with ongoing training and support
About you and your skills
We’re looking for an experienced administrator with experience in a retail support role, who can develop and harness strong stakeholder relationships. You will also have:
- Extensive experience working in a Retail support environment, with a clear understanding of operational processes
- Developed strong relationships with stakeholders, respected as a trusted advisor
- Demonstrated ability to act effectively in a cross functional team, having impact and the ability to influence others to achieve business goals
- Proven experience analysing and interpreting data, problem solving and identifying root cause opportunities
- Developed material and presented to key stakeholders to influence their decision makingHas led effectively, when coaching or sharing knowledge with key stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives
