Cenitex is looking for an innovative, motivated people leader to take our IT Service Centre on its next journey. This role will focus on the future of the service centre which will include growing its people, bridging the gap with internal teams, and staff and ensuring customer experience is at the centre of what we do.

Job Summary

The IT Service Centre role plays a fundamental role in establishing Cenitex's quality of service for internal and external stakeholders. This is an ongoing role that will lead a team of highly motivated, customer focused Analysts who are the first point of contact for our customers.

It is a large team with over 80 staff, however you are supported by a great group of Team Leads and a Workforce planning function. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and motivate the teams
  • Develop the teams across the complex technology landscape we support
  • Work with other leaders in the business to ensure our customers are getting the best customer experience
  • Automate and streamline processes

If you are a manager that has experience:

  • Successfully managing and leading multiple teams within a Service Centre environment
  • Growing self service and shifting knowledge left
  • Bridging the gap between internal teams
  • Uplifting customer satisfaction and team engagement
  • Cross-skilling teams to grow the service
