Network Development Manager NSW_ACT

Our Network Development Manager is responsible for the leasehold and freehold real estate assets for the National Development Group. This role will contribute directly to the development and ongoing sustainability of the Caltex Business Strategy.
You’ll take us further by…
- Managing the full life cycle of the asset including the sourcing, acquisition and development of sites;
- Optimising capital budget allocation aligned to the national network plan for the NSW_ACT region;
- Managing real estate projects including liaising with business units, legal, planners, valuers, property developers to add value to the network;
- Having responsibility and ownership of end to end portfolio development, implementing investment strategies, preparing project feasibilities, active cost reporting;
- Actively managing the portfolio and projects, in terms of financial, time & quality outcomes as well as ensuring compliance with Corporate and Statutory requirements;
- Leading and managing the NSW_ACT Network Development team to enable high performance service delivery of the NDG strategic plan;
- Communicating effectively, engaging and influencing key stakeholders to drive high impact negotiations and recommendations, presenting complex concepts and financial analysis clearly;
You will have Tertiary qualifications in Property Economics or equivalent, extensive experience in development/project management, leading teams and excellent written and verbal skills. Experience within Petrol & Convenience, Large Retail networks or QSR development will be highly regarded.
