About the Opportunity

We are actively seeking a Field Supervisor to join our SA Supply Chain & Logistics business. As an integral member of our division, you will be responsible for ensuring safety and compliance across all working activities of our Drivers.

Your contributions will see that you gain exposure to a full range of activities including:

  • Working with site staff, management and customers to ensure a safe working environment for Drivers.
  • Investigating all faults, non-compliances and safety breaches, and then reporting to relevant stakeholders
  • Implementing process improvements, delivering HSE alerts and running Toolbox Talks to communicate safety initiatives
  • Undertaking fleet audits and inspections to ensure compliance with Boral standards

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity primarily based at Regency Park. To support the geographic range this position will cover, candidates with flexibility to travel to sites located across South Australia are encouraged to apply. To support you, we will provide you with a Tool of Trade vehicle, phone and laptop!



About You
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience within Transport, ideally 10 years’
  • Proven understanding of Chain of Responsibility (mass & fatigue)
  • Strong technological skills with the capability to utilise and navigate through multiple systems
  • Understanding of auditing and investigation processes highly regarded
  • Strong ability to build rapport and influence a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Good people management skills and demonstrated emotional intelligence
