About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic, suitably experienced individual to join our Cliffs operation in the role of Officer Materials Logistics. This diverse role will have the opportunity to support the Maintenance teams with spares and materials through: procurement, material and spares identification, creation of vendor orders, expediting of approved goods and services, quarantining and reclaiming of stock items required for any urgent or planned maintenance, kitting and staging materials for planned weekly schedules, management of onsite consignment stock.

We are seeking enthusiastic, suitably experienced individual to join our Cliffs operation in the role of Officer Materials Logistics. - An overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development
- Collaborating with Planners, Supervisors and Warehouse Officers in preparing and reviewing plans to ensure timely and successful execution of material requirements
- Participating in a continuous improvement culture within maintenance
- Ensure planned tasks have the required parts, managing purchase orders and stock item requests
- Managing order confirmation, receipt and receivable of goods inwards
- Assisting in developing, analysing and reporting forecast demand for parts, components and vendor services
About You
- Experience working within logistics or planning environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel advantageous
- Demonstrated competence with computer based ordering and procurement systems
- Effective communication skills in order to present plans and ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to implement continuous improvement concepts and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to work in accordance with safety policies.
- Current full West Australian "C" class motor vehicle license or current equivalent Australian State motor vehicle license is a requirement of this role
- Current Forklift (LF) High Risk Work License highly desirable

Nickel West Cliffs
Nickel West Cliffs is located approximately 375 kilometres north of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia. Cliffs underground Nickel Mine is an integral part of Nickel West Leinster comprising of a nickel concentrator and dryer, located 12 kilometres south of Nickel West Mt Keith. Employees at Cliffs reside at the Mt Keith village, some of the amenities at your disposal include internet connection, outdoor swimming pool, health and fitness equipment, indoor cricket, basketball court, BBQ areas plus and arrange of social activities.
