Within this Centre of Excellence sit Digital Marketing Communications, the control centre for multi-channel direct customer contact combining marketing, engagement, and service messaging in one team.
About the role
Known internally as a Digital Marketing Communications Specialist you will manage highly effective communications and campaigns via a Marketing Automation suite of tools with a focus on the customer segmentation and personalisation of communications.
You will be responsible for coordinating, planning, developing, and executing online content and targeted communication across email, web, call campaigns and SMS. You will to deliver expert knowledge and solutions which achieve customer loyalty, retention, and acquisition in an omni-channel environment.
As the Digital Marketing Communications Specialist, you will:
- Undertake research and analysis of data to provide insights to identify and drive Marketing engagement opportunities
- Identify the best selection of customers to ensure timely and relevant content is delivered
- Manage best practice and expertise around the customer experience using the Marketing Automation suite
- Regularly monitor holistic effectiveness and performance metrics and indicators
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and manage the delivery of campaigns
- Contribute to post implementation reviews to measure the success of marketing campaigns including test and learn activities
This is a full time, 12 month fixed term contract with genuine possibility of extension. All locations considered,noting that hybrid ways of working are core to how we operate today.
