Joining our dynamic Safety Delivery & Operations team, you will lead primarily field-based employees to deliver work that supports the safety, reliability, sustainability and affordability of the network for our customers.

Your new role

Join us to support and optimise the performance and reliability of the organisations network.

Reporting to the Head of our Souther Region, this role is responsible for the team’s performance and the overall efficient delivery of work whilst ensuring quality, reliability, safety, environmental sensitivity, and customer satisfaction is maintained.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Fleet Management
  • Logistics Management
  • Overtime Management
  • On-call Rostering
  • Manage Safe Delivery of Works, including safety documentation and procedure
  • Manage Network Incident Response

Energise us through your skills and qualifications in:

  • Degree or Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering or electrical trade (or craft certificate) with extensive experience.
  • Experienced in driving staff to meet KPIs in work planning and efficient delivery of works
  • Excellent people skills and can self-motivate and identify and resolve risks and manage issues
  • Experienced in critically assessing work practices and able to demonstrate a drive towards continual improvement
  • Extensive experience with program management in the logical programming and execution of works
  • Class C Drivers Licence.
  • Electrical Safety Rules accreditation
