Licensing Officer

Summary

Based in our head offices in Sydney, and working in a small but dynamic team, you will be responsible for the coordination, preparation and submission of all gaming license applications for Australian-based Key Employees (including non-executive directors) and companies within the Aristocrat Group based in Australasia.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain all aspects of the licensing database containing information relating to Aristocrat Group companies and Key Employees
  • Preparation of licence applications by the given deadlines
  • Process updates from key Employees on a quarterly basis and record all new records, including, but not limited to, police checks and credit reports
  • Ensuring all Board Meeting minutes, Sub-Committee Legal meeting minutes and updated litigation reports are provided to the team as needed.
  • Manage the violations schedule
  • Manage all queries from gaming regulatory authorities regarding company applications.
  • Prepare and update reports, databases, and affidavits as required
