The Role

As Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, you will report directly to the Managing Director & CEO and serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. You will lead and execute strategic investor relations, corporate communications, government affairs, and media engagement to enhance Arafura’s market presence and investment proposition.

Key Responsibilities

·         Government & Regulatory Affairs – Engage with policymakers, regulators, and industry bodies to advance Arafura’s interests.

·         Brand & Media Leadership – Drive external communications, PR, and brand positioning while overseeing Arafura’s website and corporate messaging.

·         Stakeholder Management – Act as the primary communications advisor to the Executive Team and Board, managing engagement with media, government, investors, and the community.

About You

·         A proven track record in ASX listed investor relations and stakeholder engagement, particularly in a growth-phase company raising equity.

·         Strong networks within the investment community and experience engaging with policymakers and regulators.

·         Resilient, outcomes oriented, solutions focused individual who embraces ambiguity and uncertainty in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment as an opportunity to pursue bold ideas.

·         Exceptional business writing, communication, and presentation skills.

·         Ability to lead through both position and influence with demonstrated skills in managing external advisors.

Why Join Arafura?
