We are now seeking a Site Lead: Administration to join our Business Support and Services team at our Sunrise Dam Gold Mine. Accountable to the Manager: Full Potential and Business Support.
This role is based at the Sunrise Dam Gold Mine on a 4/3 FIFO roster, with direct flights to Sunrise from Perth.
Accountabilities:
- Develop systems for the administration support services work, integrating processes to provide effective planning of work and performance optimisation to the Business Support unit, GM and other departments as required.
- Providing travel and accommodation services to all site personnel and visitors
- Coordinate and implement general administration and reception support services to the Business Support unit, GM and other departments as required
- Business Support & Services contract support – review/data input of monthly invoices, filing of related contract documentation, audits and inspections, contract writing, contract outline agreement variations/updates as required
- Key liaison for on-site camp facilities and contractor management.
- Key liaison for Aerodrome facility and Aerodrome Reporting Officers
- Lead and coach a team of Administrators across the site
- Coordinate and monitor village service providers performance ensuring adherence to contract and monitor KPI`s
- Oversee and support the administration function for major onsite contractors
- Coordinate movement of gold shipments
- Coordination of meetings, events and site visits – agendas, minutes and logistics required
- Document control and report writing, InfoONE SharePoint document and contracts administration
- Department roster management
- Department training and development plan management
- Ad hoc tasks as required
About You
People are at the heart of everything we do. We want you to collaborate with us, share your ideas and feel confident to challenge the status quo. To be considered, we would like to see you have:
- Experience within a similar role, preferably on a mine site
- MS Office software skills, particularly MS Excel and Word
- Demonstrated leadership, team management and negotiation skills
- Experience in the management of contracted services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with other departments to achieve business goals
- Ability to manage priorities to ensure deadlines are met
- A high level of competency in INX software including InFlight & InControl
- SAP experience with processing requisitions, services entries and maintenance requests.
- The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
- Permanent work rights in Australia (Mandatory)
- A current WA Manual Drivers Licence
